HEAT TRANSFER: Heat-Transfers are a process where a highly detailed digital images is printed on to a piece of plastic coated paper and then heat-pressed directly onto the fabric of a shirt (or other garment) in order to transfer that image.
Transfers can contain any image in any combination of colors, even thousands of colors for complete Photo-Realism. If you are usure of whether you need to place your image on a Heat-transfer or use our 4-Color Screenprinting process, email us a copy of your image and we'll give you a free consultation. If you want the printed image to look exactly like your artwork and only need about 20-30 item printed or less we would generally recommend using a Heat-Transfer.

Embroidery or Monogramming.
Custom embroidery is a decorative embellishment, usually on fabric, created with a needle and thread, usually on a computer controlled sewing matching, that depicts a graphic and/or descriptive text. A custom embroidery design is generally several thousand stitches using several different colors of thread. Although the actual sewing of the embroidery process is usually computer controlled, the art of creating the pattern, called "digitizing" will ultimately determine the end quality of the embroidery.
